Your responsibilities
- Participation in the development and implementation of the medical component of the strategy, tactics, and operational plan for the OTC direction
- Providing medical support for the company's products within the area of responsibility at all stages of the life cycle
- Collaboration with internal clients, providing scientific-medical support regarding the company's promotional materials, activities, and events requiring the involvement of a medical manager
- Responsibility for the development of non-promotional scientific-medical materials within the scope of the medical department's responsibility, supporting work with non-promotional materials for the regulatory department, market research department, legal department, and government affairs department
- Preparation of responses to medical inquiries from physicians and internal teams in accordance with local SOP and global requirements
- Preparation and conducting of training sessions for medical representatives of the relevant therapeutic area
- Timely updating of medical and scientific information for the assigned direction (updating clinical guidelines, data from current scientific studies, medical and science trends)
What we expect from you
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education (preferably pharmacist)
- At least 3 years of experience working in the medical department of a pharmaceutical company
- Project management experience and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficient skills in searching, analyzing, and critically evaluating medical information
- English language — no lower than Upper-Intermediate
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Experience using AI tools in working with scientific information
- Practical experience in the OTC segment with an understanding of: self-medication models, the role of the pharmacist as a key recommendation channel
- Experience at the intersection of Medical × Marketing: participation in the development of consumer communications, adaptation of scientific data for a wide audience
- Ability to transform complex medical information into: simple messages, visual and educational formats, and materials for the promotion team
- Experience in developing materials for patients and digital channels
- Understanding the specifics of communication with a mass audience (non-HCP)
- Skills in balancing scientific accuracy and marketing objectives
