What you will be doing:

  • Process organization: maintaining the class schedule, monitoring the regularity of lessons, and timely entering payment information into the CRM system;
  • Quality control: monitoring the work of teachers and administrators, analyzing class attendance, checking compliance with lesson plans and the quality of teaching materials;
  • Team interaction: conducting meetings with teachers and administrators, helping to improve their performance indicators;
  • Communication with clients: careful and professional communication (in writing, by phone, and in person) regarding learning issues;
  • Product development: participating in the improvement of current educational programs and implementing new features to increase the quality of learning;
  • Document management: maintaining necessary reporting and methodological documentation.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Education: higher (specialized pedagogical, linguistic, or in the field of education management will be a huge advantage);
  • Work experience: from 1 to 3 years in the field of education or methodological work;
  • Language skills: mandatory proficiency in English or Chinese;
  • Technical literacy: confident PC user, experience with CRM systems will be a big plus;
  • Personal qualities: high level of self-organization, neatness, and attention to detail (you easily notice small things and love order in documents);
  • Developed communication skills and proficient oral/written speech — you will have to communicate a lot with both the team and clients.
