Mechanical Design R&D Engineer

1. Design and develop Housing / Enclosure for electronic devices
2. Prepare reports and design concept documents
3. Simulate and verify designs before prototype production
4. Analyze and solve structural, assembly, and functional problems
5. Work with the Hardware team to develop products from Concept Design to Prototype and production preparation
6. Plan and determine components required to be used with the products
7. Prepare and update Drawings, BOM, and engineering documents
8. Responsible for Mechanical design and development according to assigned projects
9. Study and apply new technologies

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields Have 2 or more years of experience in Mechanical Design, or be a fresh graduate with a design Portfolio Experience in Electronic Product / Housing / Enclosure Design will be specially considered Proficient in using CAD software (Fusion 360) Able to read and create Mechanical Drawings Have a basic understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, 3D Printing, and assembly Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and solve problems Experience with 3D Printing will be specially considered Able to read and write in English Able to estimate timeframes and manage own work effectively Dare to propose ideas, ask questions, or express differing opinions creatively and communicate with others professionally Dare to share new findings with the team or supervisor Fast analytical thinker, fast learner, and systematic problem solver
