IATF 16949 Project Leader

1. Implement IATF 16949 System

Study, analyze, and prepare plans for implementing the IATF 16949 system within the organization Develop Roadmap and Project Plan for certification Perform Gap Analysis between the current system and IATF 16949 requirements Define action plans and monitor the progress of each department

1. Prepare and Control System Documentation

Prepare Quality Manual Prepare Procedure, Work Instruction, and various forms Prepare Process Map and Turtle Diagram Define KPIs for each process Establish Document Control and Record Control systems

1. Develop Quality System

Define Risk & Opportunity Prepare Process Interaction Define Quality Objectives Establish Change Management system Prepare Contingency Plan Develop systems according to Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)

1. Implement Core Tools requirements

APQP PPAP PFMEA DFMEA (if applicable) Control Plan SPC MSA Process Flow Diagram

Able to provide consultation and support to each department in implementing Core Tools effectively

1. Internal Audit

Prepare Audit Program Plan and conduct Internal Audit Process Audit System Audit Product Audit Follow up on Corrective Action and Effectiveness

1. Management Review

Organize Management Review meetings Prepare KPI data Analyze trends Report performance results to management

1. Corrective Action

Analyze problems using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D Report Follow up on CAR and NCR Prevent recurrence

1. Supplier Quality

Evaluate Suppliers Supplier Audit Supplier Development Supplier Performance Monitoring

1. Customer Audit & Certification Audit

Act as the main coordinator for audits Prepare documents and evidence Coordinate with the Certification Body Follow up on NCR closure

1. Training

Prepare Training Matrix Conduct IATF 16949 training Transfer knowledge to employees at all levels Evaluate training effectiveness

1. Continuous Improvement

Promote Kaizen Lean Manufacturing PDCA 5S Visual Management Cost Reduction Quality Improvement

1. Other duties

Support customers regarding quality requirements Support the development of other ISO systems if assigned Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Science, or related fields At least 3-5 years of experience in IATF 16949 Experience in implementing the IATF 16949 system from scratch until certification will be given special consideration Able to perform Gap Analysis and prepare system documentation independently Possess knowledge of all IATF 16949 requirements Knowledge of ISO 9001 Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements Knowledge of all 5 Core Tools Completed IATF 16949 Internal Auditor training If previously served as a Lead Auditor or Management Representative (MR), will be given special consideration Able to communicate in English for both meetings and documentation preparation
