Mechanical Engineer - Rayong Branch

1. Design and develop mechanical engineering works using knowledge and software such as AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, Compress, and HTRI
2. Study Scope Design Data Sheet to prepare Calculations for Construction work (e.g., Strength Calculation and Thermal Calculation)
3. Provide advice and Engineering data support to relevant teams and customers using engineering analysis software (e.g., FEA, CFD)
4. Calculate and analyze the suitability of designs in terms of mechanics, such as force, stress, and vibration
5. Prepare 2D and 3D Drawings for GA Drawing and Construction Drawing in accordance with customer requirements
6. Inspect, improve, and correct the accuracy of Construction Drawings to comply with standards, project specifications, and Calculation results
7. Coordinate with Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer to bring technical information to prepare accurate Drawings
8. Participate in project meetings to resolve and improve design details or Calculation according to comments
9. Perform site assessments, take-offs, and dimension checks (Dimension Check / Site Survey) to confirm the accuracy of Drawings according to existing conditions (Existing) or new design approaches (New Design)
10. Manage changes and organize Construction Drawing data to ensure relevant parties can access the latest versions according to the system
11. Analyze design feasibility in terms of mechanics, flow, and heat, prioritizing safety principles
12. Study and apply new technologies in design, as well as analyze appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to reduce costs and increase product quality

Qualifications: No gender limit, Age 25 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical major or related field Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, ISO, API will be specially considered Experience in design and product development Able to use Microsoft Office / AutoCAD / Solidworks 1-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering work Able to work overtime and perform assigned tasks Able to commute to work independently and possesses a driver's license Work Monday-Saturday 08.00-17.00, off on Sunday and the last Saturday of the month Able to use English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) at a good level Engineering analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team and possess good communication skills
