Process Unit Maintenance Fitter

Your tasks

Scheduled maintenance of process unit equipment according to the PPR schedule. Disassembly and assembly of columns: rectification, absorption, separation. Heat exchanger repair: cleaning tube bundles, replacing gaskets, hydrostatic testing. Pump repair: centrifugal, piston, plunger; replacement of seals, bearings, rotors. Compressor repair: piston, screw, centrifugal; work with the engine, valves, cooling system. Pipeline work: replacement of sections, flange connections, gates, valves, high-pressure fittings. Tubular furnace repair: replacement of coil tubes, lining, burners. Equipment condition diagnostics: flaw detection, thickness measurement, measurements. Hazardous gas work under a work permit: work with hydrogen sulfide, hydrocarbons, ammonia.

Requirements

Higher professional education. At least 5 years of experience in a corresponding position. Knowledge of English.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 6 years
