Sales & Marketing Manager - PP Board

Your tasks

-Plan and manage sales of PP Board products to achieve targets -Manage existing Key Account customers and expand the new customer base (Printing, Packaging, Stationery groups) -Analyze the market, explore Pain Points, and identify business opportunities/new products -Coordinate with international Suppliers, define product specifications, conduct testing, and drive new products into the market -Coach and develop the sales team, while collaborating with internal teams

Requirements

1. Age 28-40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Materials Science, or related fields
3. At least 3-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Product Development
4. Experience in managing a sales team or handling Key Accounts
5. Able to communicate in English for work, specifically for contacting international Suppliers
6. Possess market analysis skills, negotiation skills, understanding of technical products, and a Commercial Mindset
7. Experience in the PP Board business, plastic sheets, printing materials, or with customers in the printing group will be specially considered
