Manufacturing Downstream - Supply Chain Team Manager

Your tasks

Leading the operational aspect of the product line activity. Responsible for implementing an optimal supply chain in projects – from the quotation stage, continuing through order receipt, hardware ordering, preparation and control of production plans, up to shipment and delivery of products to customers - while meeting cost and schedule targets in coordination with projects in the business divisions. Planning, leading, and controlling all operational activities in the business line that the manager leads in various deals, from the quotation stage through organization for production, production, and product delivery. Managing the line's supply chain team and responsibility for building the group, employee training, and their professional advancement. Full familiarity with all deals within the team's field of activity. Meeting targets – target prices, operational metrics. Full compliance with the production, supply, and sales plan. Initiating improvements in operational processes. Implementing logistical operations in integrated engineering for new products. Professional support and upgrading of supply chain personnel in the team. Managing the MRP run process in the team. Routine management of team tasks – conducting progress and control discussions, managing metrics, etc. Partnership in preparing the budget book.

Requirements

• Academic education

BSc Industrial Engineering and Management - advantage

• Previous experience in project/operations roles of at least 3 years
• Management experience of at least 3 years
• High level of English
