Lead Systems Engineer for High-Power Laser Systems

A little about the role

The High-Power Laser Systems business unit is undergoing significant growth and is recruiting a Lead Systems Engineer to lead strategic and complex programs at the forefront of technology.

As part of the role:

• Technological and architectural responsibility and leadership of complex systems from the development stage to operational implementation.
• Responsibility for maturation and Scale Up processes, including the transition from development to serial production.
• Partnership in building systems engineering capabilities and leading the growth of the business unit.
• Leading systems engineering teams and determining priorities and work plans.
• Working with customers and partners in Israel and worldwide, while identifying and leading business and technological opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Physics.
• Experience as a Lead Systems Engineer in a complex project - at least 3 years.
• Significant experience in transferring products from development to serial production and leading technological maturation processes.
• Experience working with international customers and partners.
• Very high level of English.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering - an advantage.
