Manufacturing Systems Engineer

-Leading end-to-end NPI processes – from the development stage to serial production -Leading integrated engineering including BOM characterization, cost models, and implementation of manufacturing and test requirements -Leading engineering changes in products in serial production throughout the entire product lifecycle – development, manufacturing, and maintenance -Performing failure investigations and leading the solution of complex technical problems arising from the field -Leading DFX processes -Improving manufacturing processes, shortening cycle times, innovation, and implementing automation

What are we looking for?

-Technician / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineer -Master's degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage -Proven experience in leading NPI processes (transfer from development to production) -Experience in multidisciplinary design development -Experience in the testing field – an advantage -High level of English proficiency
