Planning, Control, and Contracts Manager

Various factors within the organization, with an emphasis on execution areas, safety, procurement, finance, and more; contractual management of activities in projects involving development, manufacturing, and maintenance. Responsibility for compliance with contract terms and project realization. Management of contractual changes and management of the relationship with the client. Responsibility for work plans and their management, continuous monitoring with leaders, and promotion with execution bodies. Planning and control of the project budget and schedule, including data entry into automated systems, alerting on expected deviations, and financial reports. Monitoring the execution of milestones. Responsibility for collection, issuance of delivery notes, and invoices. Responsibility for the logistics of tests and performing shipments. Preparation and presentation of regular, quarterly, and annual reports to the unit management.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics. Very high level of English - reading, writing, and speaking. Experience and understanding of work processes with internal procurement, operations, manufacturing, and engineering bodies. Experience in the field of project management towards a client – in aspects such as contract realization and meeting milestones, planning, control, and project operation. Background in the field of finance – an advantage. Experience working with subcontractors – an advantage.
