ILS Manager

A little about the role:

Project management and professional and business responsibility for all ILS activities; in one of the central projects of the Air Defense Systems division. Integration as part of the project team starting from the Pre-Sale Support marketing stages, system definition, and maintenance policy, including the delivery and implementation stages at the customer site. Accompanying the product as the professional authority in the field during Post-Sale Support - training, surveys, availability discussions, change instructions, and more. Business responsibility for the economic performance of the project and responsibility for bringing in orders, including managing negotiations with the customer.

Experience

• Experience in the fields of integration and/or ILS
• Background and experience working with customers in Israel and worldwide
• High-level proficiency in English
• Experience in complex systems from the System Of Systems field
• Education in the field of Mechanical / Electrical Electronics - significant advantage
• Experience in negotiation processes with customers abroad – advantage
• Familiarity with an Air Defense array – advantage
• Experience in system implementation at the customer site - advantage
