Purchasing Manager required for a factory in the printed circuit board field

The role includes responsibility for building and leading the organizational purchasing system while managing the purchasing strategy, availability, and continuous procurement of raw materials and products for the organization, efficiently and while maintaining quality.

• Improving departmental workflows
• Inventory forecasting
• Dealing with multiple interfaces within the organization
• Managing the purchasing team
• Sourcing suppliers, managing negotiations, and closing agreements with suppliers domestically and abroad
• Meeting availability and cost targets for materials and services in accordance with work plans
• Providing responses and solutions to ongoing problems in the fields of supply and quality
• Managing international trade
• Management and maintenance of purchasing infrastructures
• Managing engagement agreements
• Performing domestic and international procurement

• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing management in industry - mandatory
• Experience working with ERP information systems - mandatory
• Experience in the field of import and documentary credit - mandatory
• Experience in managing a purchasing team - mandatory
• Experience in sourcing suppliers and managing negotiations domestically and abroad - mandatory
• High level of English - mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Economics/Logistics - advantage.
