Meitav Trade's back office system requires a Foreign Securities Team Manager

As part of the role:

• *Management of an employee team, including their training, professional mentoring, defining clear tasks, and monitoring their execution.
• *Routine work with the foreign middle-office team. Providing professional responses to the trading department, customer service, and sales department.
• *Deep familiarity with back-office activity in all matters related to controls, reconciliations, FX, securities transfer, including providing accurate and professional responses to senior management.
• *Onboarding of client activity, transactions, and security events into the company's systems.
• *Production and handling of control reports, including performing reconciliations for routine activity, including correcting discrepancies.
• *Work with a back-end network of brokers.
• *Routine work and management of books in PMR and brokers' back-end systems, providing professional responses and work interfaces with internal departments.

Proven experience in the field of foreign or Israeli securities back-office. Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and drive for action. Previous experience in managing and training employees - an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, order and organization, punctuality, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Self-confidence with high expression skills. High level of English: reading, writing, and speaking. Bachelor's degree (advantage for holders of degrees in financial fields). Proficiency in Office applications - with an emphasis on Excel.
