Purchasing Agent

A leading company in the field of iron, aluminum, and hardware requires an experienced Purchasing Agent for a significant and diverse role involving work with suppliers in Israel and abroad and managing import processes from end to end.

Role framework: • Sourcing and managing suppliers in Israel and abroad • Managing import processes from China and other countries • Conducting negotiations and receiving price quotes • Placing orders and monitoring deliveries and shipments • Working with international freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies • Inventory management and purchasing planning

• Proven experience in purchasing and importing – Mandatory • Experience working with suppliers in China – Significant advantage • Good level of English – Speaking, reading, and writing • Proficiency in Office applications • High negotiation skills, order and organization, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
