Digital Marketing Specialist

• Create and produce content in various formats, including text, images, and video, to drive engagement, likes & shares
• Analyze feedback and improve content creation strategies
• Monitor trends and new developments in the digital marketing industry
• Collaborate with the marketing team in planning various campaigns
• Plan online marketing strategies in conjunction with the marketing team
• Manage sales to meet targets; plan both online and offline marketing strategies to drive sales
• Manage profits to meet targets; plan marketing budget expenditures efficiently
• Build brand awareness; plan and implement short-term and long-term branding strategies
• Control and supervise content to build brand awareness; assign, follow up, and quality check all forms of content
• Manage, maintain, and update images, content, brand image, brand communication, and marketing; build relationships and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints on various social media platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Website, Facebook, Tiktok, IG / Line Official Account
• Provide consultation, follow up on work, and develop the potential of the online marketing team
• Adjust Workflow, work processes, and tools used within the team to improve efficiency

Qualifications: Age 25 – 42 years old Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields Understanding of the working principles of SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content Marketing Skills in communication, analytical thinking, coordination, follow-up, and creativity Very good English language skills, TOEIC 750 up Able to use basic image and video editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva If you have skills such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related, you will be given special consideration Skills in preparing reports or Dashboards will be given special consideration Experience in managing KOL / Influencer Campaigns and Creator Coordination will be given special consideration
