Assistant Technical & RA Manager

Your tasks

1. Perform notifications, registrations, and renewals of products in compliance with food laws.
2. Be responsible for collecting food laws and regulations, both domestic and international.
3. Monitor and coordinate with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other relevant agencies.
4. Prepare product specification data for the sales department and customers.
5. Prepare English versions of raw material specifications.
6. Provide support for technical documentation regarding products and international food laws to ensure they are up to date.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the food industry.
3. Knowledge of food laws will be given special consideration.
4. Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
