A leading industrial plant in the field of advanced machine assembly requires a professional Team Leader to lead a team of assembly technicians on the production floor.
- Management and leadership of an assembly technician team
- Work distribution and monitoring of performance and goal achievement
- Responsibility for work quality and adherence to the production plan
- Shift management and work scheduling
- Working with Engineering, Production Control, Logistics, and Quality Control departments
- Enforcement of safety and quality procedures on the production floor
- Routine work with ERP systems and production management systems
Job Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in managing a production/assembly team in an industrial plant
- Technical experience in mechanical or electromechanical assemblies
- Engineering Technician or Technician in Machines, Electricity, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering and Management - Significant advantage
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Priority / SAP
- High proficiency in Excel and Office applications
- High level of English
- Experience in the fields of complex machines / semiconductor - Significant advantage
- Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness for a full-time position, Sun-Thu 07:45-17:00, Fridays as needed
