  • Import & Documentation

Prepare and verify import–export documents such as PO, Proforma Invoice, Shipping Documents, and Insurance

Prepare product clarification documents for the Customs Department and relevant agencies (e.g., TISI)

Update Shipment status and imported product information in Google Drive

  • Shipping & Freight

Coordinate with Freight Forwarder and Shipping Agent

Request quotes, compare, and negotiate freight costs, including calculating Shipment sizes (20FT / 40HC)

Track goods transportation to ensure compliance with the plan

  • Payment & Cost Control

Prepare supporting documents for payment, open L/C, and update Supplier Statements

Verify Credit Notes and coordinate with Accounting/Cost departments

Calculate prices and provide cost-related information to Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments

  • Supplier & Internal Coordination

Coordinate with overseas Suppliers, respond to emails, and follow up on operations

Process claims for products/spare parts under warranty and report damaged goods

Prepare internal Memos for cases of price changes, product changes, cancellations, or discontinuation, as well as support Exhibition work

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in overseas purchasing/import-export Skills in management, negotiation, and coordination Expertise in import documentation, customs laws, import taxes, latest Incoterms, and international shipping procedures Good business English communication skills; able to communicate fluently in English—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—via both email and international trade documents Systematic worker, detail-oriented, good at time management, and able to solve immediate problems well Experience using WinSpeed system or ERP programs related to purchasing/import will be given special consideration Proficient in computer use, especially Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to use AI tools to support work, and willing to use a Facebook account to participate in company activities If you have professional certificates/licensing in related fields, you will be given special consideration Have certificates in Import–Export, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including knowledge of Incoterms and customs formalities Have English language certificates (e.g., TOEIC/IELTS/Business English) or customs/forwarder licenses and experience using purchasing systems or ERP such as WinSpeed, SAP, Oracle Able to work Monday - Saturday (08:00-17:00)
