Responsibilities and Job Details 1) Brand Strategy & Planning • Prepare the Annual Brand Plan, covering sales, marketing, and product development. • Analyze the market, industry trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. • Define Brand Positioning to ensure differentiation and competitiveness in the market.

5) Sales Enablement • Train the sales team on product features and highlights. • Provide technical advice and support for key sales activities. • Review quotations related to the brand to prevent errors.

6) Marketing & Promotion • Create monthly/quarterly promotions and campaigns. • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, product clips, and Online Content. • Coordinate with the marketing team for organizing activities and trade fairs.

7) Reporting & Analysis • Analyze sales to report to executives. • Evaluate promotion results and provide suggestions for improvement. • Prepare reports for each brand.

Qualifications: Male / Female, aged 30 years and above. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Knowledge of kitchenware, hotel equipment, or HORECA will be specially considered. At least 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Product Management / Sales & Marketing. Experience managing products in the Plasticware / Smallware / Kitchen Equipment / HORECA groups will be specially considered. Experience coordinating with international Suppliers (Import / OEM / Distributor). Experience in managing sales, profit (P&L), and stock. Understanding of product analysis and specification comparison (Product & Competitive Analysis). Skills in Marketing & Sales Strategy. Ability to analyze data such as sales, profit, and stock (Data Analysis). Knowledge of Supply Chain / Inventory / Import will be specially considered. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint (Pivot, Dashboard will be specially considered). English language skills at a business communication level (to contact international Suppliers). Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team. Skills in Planning & Project Management. Analytical & Strategic Thinking. Enthusiastic and Result-oriented.
