Production Manager

• Plan, manage, and control production to align with company goals and policies
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the production department to achieve targets according to the defined plan
• Manage and develop the team to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate with internal departments and related parties to ensure smooth production operations and support organizational goals
• Analyze and monitor problems occurring in the production process, and coordinate to find appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present production reports, problems, and key issues to the Factory Manager
• Support continuous improvement of work processes and management within the production department

Qualifications: Age 38-50 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields At least 3 years of experience in management level Good skills in team management, planning, and coordination Leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions and solve immediate problems appropriately Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) Knowledge of Mold and DC will be specially considered If you have knowledge or experience in Mold, Diecasting, or Quality Assurance, you will be given special consideration
