Packaging Production Shift Supervisor

Main responsibilities: Ensuring the fulfillment of production tasks regarding production volume, quality, and specified assortment; increasing labor productivity; reducing production labor intensity based on rational equipment loading and the use of its technical capabilities; economical use of raw materials, materials, and energy; and reducing filling line losses within established timeframes; Managing the shift personnel; Planning, accounting, compiling, and timely submission of reports on the shift's production activities; Ensuring the effective operation of equipment, tools, technological tooling, energy facilities, buildings, and structures of the packaging production; Controlling the output products in accordance with quality standards; Checking reports on completed maintenance work; controlling the timely closure of work orders. Establishing and timely communicating production tasks to shift employees and individual workers in accordance with approved plans and schedules; Conducting daily analysis of key packaging production performance indicators, identifying equipment malfunctions, and analyzing the causes of their occurrence; Ensuring compliance with quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, the risk analysis system, and the determination of critical control points; Managing shift operations, developing work schedules, and determining training needs; Controlling the availability and acceptance of raw materials and materials, and the transfer of finished products to the warehouse; Implementing VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) excellence program standards.

Requirements

Requirements: Higher education (economics/technical); Relevant work experience of at least 1 year; Knowledge of standards, production technological conditions, and operating rules for technological filling equipment; Knowledge of production capacities, technical characteristics, design features, equipment modes, and operating rules; Leadership qualities; Goal-oriented, stress-resistant; Proficient PC user (MS Word, MS Excel); English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
