Foreman (Construction)

Systematic verification of task execution by crews and individual workers, timely elimination of arising malfunctions. Organization of the resolution of production issues within the site's activities. Systematic inspection of the condition of equipment and fencing, briefing workers and verifying their knowledge of safety rules, industrial sanitation, fire safety, and rules for using personal protective equipment. Control over workers' compliance with occupational health and safety rules and instructions. Ensuring the site fulfills planned construction volume targets. Ensuring maximum utilization of production capacities, full loading and correct operation of equipment, and productive work of all site workers. Ensuring compliance of workers with labor and production discipline, cleanliness, and order at workplaces.
