QA Engineering

• Control and ensure the quality of the motorcycle production and assembly processes in accordance with company standards and requirements
• Analyze and resolve quality issues occurring in the production process, including following up on corrective actions and preventing recurrence
• Analyze the root causes of quality problems using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, and prepare Corrective Action / Preventive Action
• Inspect and monitor quality from the raw material receiving process, production, and assembly, up to the finished products
• Prepare and improve standards, documents, and quality control methods to be appropriate for the production process
• Coordinate with Production, Production Engineering, QC, Purchasing, and related departments to resolve and develop quality issues
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of parts or raw materials from Suppliers, including coordinating in case quality issues are found
• Support the inspection and approval of new parts/products, including production trials and process changes
• Prepare and monitor Quality KPI, including analyzing quality problem trends and proposing improvement guidelines
• Support operations in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, including preparation for and participation in Internal Audit / External Audit
• Follow up on and close non-conformities from audits, including implementing Corrective Action within the specified timeframe
• Promote and implement Continuous Improvement / Quality Improvement activities to reduce Defect, Rework, Scrap, and Customer Complaint
• Prepare quality reports and present performance results to supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Male - Female Age 28 - 40 years old Bachelor's Degree (related field) Normal vision, no color blindness, no chronic diseases Able to work well under pressure Able to solve immediate problems well and has an optimistic outlook Able to work well with others Have at least 2 years of experience in automotive factories and manufacturing industries Have at least 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer Able to communicate in English (basic) Proficient in using Microsoft office computer programs ( Excel, Word & Power Point ) Those who can start work immediately will be given special consideration
