English Teacher

1. Carries out the instruction and upbringing of students taking into account their psycho-physiological characteristics and the specifics of the subject taught, contributes to the formation of general personal culture, socialization, conscious choice, and mastery of educational programs, using diverse forms, techniques, methods, and means of instruction, including individual study plans, accelerated courses within the framework of federal state educational standards, modern educational technologies, including information technologies, as well as digital educational resources. 2. Reasonably selects programs and teaching and methodological support, including digital educational resources. 3. Conducts training sessions, relying on achievements in the fields of pedagogical and psychological sciences, developmental psychology, and school hygiene, as well as modern information technologies and teaching methodologies. 4. Plans and implements the educational process in accordance with the educational program of the educational institution, develops a work program for the subject or course based on model basic general education programs and ensures its implementation, organizing and supporting various types of student activities, focusing on the personality of the student, the development of their motivation, cognitive interests, and abilities, organizes independent student activities, including research, implements problem-based learning, links subject (course, program) instruction with practice, and discusses current events with students. 5. Ensures the achievement and confirmation of educational levels (educational censuses) by students. 6. Evaluates the effectiveness and results of student learning in the subject (course, program), taking into account the mastery of knowledge, acquisition of skills, development of creative activity experience, and cognitive interests of students, using computer technologies, including text editors and spreadsheets in their activities. 7. Observes the rights and freedoms of students, maintains academic discipline and attendance, respecting the human dignity, honor, and reputation of students. 8. Carries out monitoring and evaluation activities in the educational process using modern assessment methods in the context of information and communication technologies (maintaining electronic forms of documentation, including electronic journals and student diaries). 9. Submits proposals for the improvement of the educational process in the educational institution. 10. Participates in the activities of pedagogical and other councils of the educational institution, as well as in the activities of methodological associations and other forms of methodological work. 11. Ensures the protection of the life and health of students during the educational process. 12. Maintains communication with parents (or their legal representatives). 13. Complies with occupational health and fire safety rules.

Requirements

A person with higher professional education or secondary professional education in the field of "Education and Pedagogy" or in a field corresponding to the subject taught, without requirements for work experience, is appointed to the position of teacher. In accordance with the requirements of Art. 351.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a person who does not have or has not had a criminal record and is not subject or has not been subject to criminal prosecution is appointed to the position of teacher.
