Sales Associate, Phuket Airport Branch

Your tasks

1. Present and introduce SOAP FOR SOUL products to Thai and foreign customers.
2. Provide polite and professional customer service, and maintain the tidiness of the shop.
3. Arrange products, restock, and check the readiness of products on shelves.
4. Perform stock counts and report any product irregularities to supervisors.
5. Use the POS system and cashier machine, process payments, and verify daily sales.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and image of the sales area in accordance with brand standards.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Female, aged 25 years and above.
2. Able to communicate in English to provide service to foreign customers.
3. Experience in sales or customer service will be given special consideration.
4. Good personality, service-minded, and possesses communication skills.
5. Able to work rotating shifts.
6. Able to commute to work according to the scheduled time.
7. Able to prepare documents and pass the background check process according to airport requirements to work in the area.
8. Experience in selling cosmetics, skincare products, or lifestyle products will be given special consideration.
9. Experience using a POS system or cashier machine will be given special consideration.

Other

Work 8 hours per day, 1 hour break Work 6 days per week, with 1 day off per week, on a rotating schedule. Working hours are in rotating shifts as follows: Morning shift: 06:00–15:00 Afternoon shift: 13:00–22:00
