Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities 1) Manage and operate to ensure maximum utilization of machinery. 2) Monitor and supervise operations to comply with safety standards and legal requirements. 3) Plan and control the maintenance of machinery and tools to ensure they are in ready-to-use condition at all times. 4) Manage the maintenance technician team and monitor performance to ensure it follows the plan. 5) Prepare documentation to serve as standards for every process repair. 6) Manage the repair of machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness. 7) Perform improvements so that machinery, equipment, and processes can operate at full efficiency. 8) Monitor and control the maintenance budget and spare parts procurement. 9) Coordinate with the production department and other departments to ensure maintenance is efficient and does not impact production. 10) Preparation doucment URS, machine test run report 11) Control and continuously improve the maintenance work system to be more efficient. 12) Prepare maintenance summary reports to present to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance in a pharmaceutical or food factory. Possess leadership skills, team management skills, and planning skills for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and TPM. Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, or factory machinery. Experience in managing maintenance for food production lines will be specially considered. Able to use computer programs for maintenance management such as CMMS, AutoCAD, or other programs related to engineering work. Knowledge of Safety standards and industrial laws. English level from fair to good (able to read technical manuals and communicate with foreign vendors). Design and draw machinery equipment and production aids (Jig & Fixture). Minitab program for statistical analysis, AutoCAD 2D & 3D program.
