Assistant R&D Manager (Food Industry)

• Support the R&D Manager in planning and executing new product research and development projects
• Research, experiment, and develop formulas for curry pastes, sauces, dipping sauces, and various seasoning sauce products
• Improve existing products to increase quality and reduce costs
• Test product prototypes and analyze test results; coordinate with the production department for industrial-scale trials of new products
• Prepare and systematically record research and development data
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to propose new product concepts; analyze competitor products and identify development opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop products according to market demands
• Prepare product technical specifications; study new raw materials and production technologies for implementation; supervise the work of the product research and development team
• Support product quality problem-solving in collaboration with the Quality Control department; study and comply with relevant domestic and international food regulations related to the products

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Food Chemistry, or related fields 5-6 years of Manager/Supervisor experience in food product research and development Knowledge and understanding of food ingredients, production processes, and food formula development Knowledge of domestic and international food regulations and standards Ability to manage projects and teams Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team Knowledge of food laboratory tools and equipment, as well as the ability to apply technology in development Proficiency in using computers and software related to research and development, as well as the ability to apply technology in development English communication skills Experience in developing seasoning products, curry pastes, or curry powders will be given special consideration
