Purchasing Manager

Plan and manage both domestic and international purchasing activities in accordance with company policies.

Control the procurement process, including selection and Supplier Evaluation & Development.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and various contracts to ensure maximum benefit for the organization.

Manage the purchasing team, define KPIs, and develop team skills.

Analyze markets, price trends, and source new suppliers to ensure the stability of raw materials and parts.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Accounting departments to support efficient operations.

Prepare purchasing summary reports, cost analyses, and cost-reduction guidelines to present to executives.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 35–45 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7–10 years of experience in purchasing/raw material procurement within the automotive industry or related industries, with at least 3 years of experience at a supervisory/managerial level. Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability in team management and cross-functional teamwork. Proficient in MS Office and ERP programs. English language skills (speaking, reading, writing) for communicating with international partners.
