Work Format:

• Office
• Day shift: 10:00 19:00
• Night shift: 20:30 05:30

Your Tasks:

• Communicate with clients and maintain a high level of service
• Consult clients in English, French, or German
• Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Work with incoming inquiries and the existing client base
• Maintain information about clients and communications in CRM
• Accompany clients through all stages of interaction
• Fulfill individual KPIs and set goals
