International Sales Manager | English / German

Moscow | International Sales | Office-based

We are expanding our international sales department and inviting experienced Sales Managers and Business Development Managers with strong telephone negotiation skills. Working with foreign clients in the fields of real estate, investment assets, and digital services.

Financial Conditions

• English Sales: fixed from 100,000 ₽ + %
• German Sales: fixed from 130,000 ₽ + %
• After 4–6 months: target 250,000–400,000 ₽ upon meeting KPIs
• Top Performers: potential 400,000–600,000 ₽+

No limit on commission income. Additional bonuses for results.

Your Tasks

• Active telephone sales in international markets
• Identifying needs and handling objections
• Conducting negotiations and closing deals
• Managing a personal sales funnel in CRM
• Meeting individual KPIs

Our Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful experience in active sales
• English or German language B2+
• Confident mastery of sales and closing techniques
• Experience working with CRM and personal conversion rates
• Readiness to confirm results of previous work during the interview

Advantage: experience in FinTech, Investment Sales, Forex/CFD, Digital, Affiliate Marketing, international B2C/B2B sales

Conditions

• Moscow, strictly office-based
• Day shift: 10:00–19:00
• Fixed part + commission + bonuses + taxi + ДМС
