International Sales Specialist / Менеджер международного отдела
English, German, Spanish, or French language
Salary from 135,000 ₽ + percentage of closed deals
Do you want to use a foreign language daily, work with clients from different countries, and directly influence your income? We invite specialists with knowledge of English, German, or Portuguese to join our international team. This position is suitable for both experienced managers and candidates without sales experience, but with a confident foreign language, good communication skills, and a desire to earn.
Payment System
Your income consists of two parts: a guaranteed salary — from 120,000 ₽ per month; and a percentage of each closed deal. Large bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets are also provided. The maximum commission size is unlimited. Strong managers earn 400,000–600,000 ₽ per month and more.
What you will be doing
- Communicating and negotiating with international clients.
- Conducting consultations and presentations in a foreign language.
- Identifying client needs, tasks, and expectations.
- Offering suitable digital and investment solutions.
- Answering questions and handling objections.
- Coordinating cooperation terms.
- Accompanying the client from the first contact to the closing of the deal and payment.
- Maintaining contact with potential and existing clients.
- Recording work results in the CRM system.
- Meeting individual sales targets.

Who we are looking for
We are primarily interested in candidates with knowledge of:
- English;
- German;
- Spanish;
- French.

- Ability to listen and understand client needs;
- Readiness to work with objections and refusals;
- Orientation towards results and high income;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Readiness to work full-time in the office in Moscow.
Experience in sales, customer service, call centers, account management, or business development will be an advantage but is not mandatory. We are ready to train candidates without experience if they speak a foreign language confidently, know how to communicate with people, and want to develop in international sales.
Work Schedule
Day shift: English/German/French/Spanish Night shift: English
Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule. Lunchtime is included in the working shift. Work takes place only in the office in Moscow. Remote and hybrid formats are not provided.
