Customer Relations and Registration Officer

• Register patients accurately and completely; verify identity correctly and quickly
• Coordinate the transfer of patients for initial treatment to various departments
• Coordinate outpatient insurance entitlement verification services for patients receiving treatment; inform them of basic coverage and conditions regarding outpatient insurance rights and attach insurance claim documents such as claim forms, ID cards, and coverage verification documents
• Coordinate problem-solving for patients, involving both internal and external hospital units; provide information and answer questions regarding life insurance, Universal Coverage Scheme rights, and basic Social Security rights
• Enter medical treatment entitlement information accurately and completely
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Female, aged 23 years and above Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 2 years of experience in a similar position Service-minded, good personality, cheerful, and loves service work Able to coordinate well with both internal and external hospital units Able to communicate well in English Able to use Ms. Office Able to work well under pressure Able to work in shifts
