Medical Device Technician

• Provide repair, maintenance, and calibration services for medical devices and coordinate with various departments, both inside and outside the hospital.
• Plan work within the medical device department.
• Receive repair requests, perform repairs, and record every repair in the medical device history.
• Follow up on the progress of outstanding repair tasks and inform relevant parties of the results.
• Prepare monthly Service Reports and quality indicators for the department.
• Perform PM for low-risk medical devices according to the established plan.
• Identify the cause of every repair to be used as a database for analyzing medical device repair data.
• Reduce repair costs by selecting spare parts of equivalent quality but at a lower price.
• Monitor and inspect the PM/CAL plans of contracted companies to ensure completeness as specified in the contracts.
• Supervise and maintain the workplace to be clean and orderly in accordance with 7S principles at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male - Female, aged 25 years and above. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. 2 or more years of experience in repair work (hospital experience will be given special consideration). Eager to learn and enthusiastic. Good personality, cheerful, and service-minded. Able to coordinate well with departments both inside and outside the hospital. Able to use Ms. Office. Able to communicate well in English.
