Physiotherapist (Full Time)

• Provide physical therapy treatments correctly according to professional standards
• Plan and prioritize service delivery, prevent risks, communicate information within the team with doctors, and maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Participate in quality development and engage in quality improvement activities of the department
• Assess, plan treatment and discharge, provide treatment, and follow up on physical therapy results correctly; be able to analyze problems and adjust treatment plans until the treatment goals are achieved
• Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment, provide information and advice on home care, provide clear empowerment to patients, and maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Plan and prevent systemic and clinical risks in providing physical therapy services and report incidents clearly and in a timely manner
• Plan management and prioritize tasks for patients receiving services, coordinate treatment information with Part Time physiotherapists, and supervise the operations of physiotherapy assistants and administrative staff smoothly
• Able to solve immediate problems and report both normal and urgent cases
• Able to use and manage tools and equipment

Qualifications: Female, age 25 years and above Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Have 2 years or more of experience in the position Proficient in computer use Able to communicate in English Able to work well under pressure Able to coordinate well internally and externally Able to work in shifts Good personality, cheerful, and has a service mind
