Car rental sales (Eazy Guide)

• Contact and provide services to both Thai and foreign customers through Online / Offline channels • Respond to chats and provide information to customers via Facebook, LINE Official, and the company's online channels • Welcome walk-in customers and handle incoming telephone calls • Explain rental terms and packages, and present them appropriately to meet customer needs • Prepare quotations, record bookings, and extend rental agreements in the system • Summarize expenses and proceed with vehicle delivery and return • Follow up with customers to close sales

Qualifications: High school diploma, Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in any field Able to communicate in English at a functional level Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license Service-minded with good communication skills Experience in sales or the car rental business will be specially considered
