Designer

What you will be doing: Developing interfaces for web applications, websites, and mobile applications. Independently coding your own layouts without using web builders. Our stack: Figma (mandatory), Google Switch and/or Claude Design are welcome, PHP, JS, HTML, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Flutter, Git

Requirements

How we see the ideal candidate: Works comfortably in the Scrum methodology. Possesses a "Mobile First" vision. UX-oriented (we are not just looking for an artist, we are looking for an excellent designer of convenient and intuitive interfaces). Has an excellent sense of typography (a weak point for many designers). Understands how their visuals can be turned into optimized code and knows how to do it independently. Actively uses artificial intelligence in their work, while maintaining full understanding and control over the results of vibecoding. Proficient in English at a level no lower than B1, to work comfortably in international teams and engage in continuous self-education regarding global best practices in their field.
