Supervisor, IT Project Administrator 6

1. Manage the development of information technology and digital systems projects for the responsible department.
2. Screen, consider, and participate in presenting budget requests for the responsible projects.
3. Collaborate in preparing the TOR for systems, including considering and selecting Vendors to implement the systems, and preparing contracts.
4. Manage and handle projects from inception (Kick off) until completion and functional use according to objectives (Go live and Post support).
5. Support and provide consultancy services regarding systems to users within the department, and manage system maintenance contracts for the responsible department.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Gender not specified, Age 30 - 45 years (as of the application date).
2. If male, must have completed military service or be a reservist.
3. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields in computer/information technology.
4. At least 5 years of work experience in the information technology field or related fields.
5. At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
6. Experience in programming in at least 2 of the following languages: C#.NET, JAVA, PHP, Perl, Shell Script.
7. Experience in database systems in at least 2 of the following databases: SQL SERVER, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, DB2.
8. Experience in writing project presentation documents and drafting Terms of Reference (TOR).
9. Certifications in various fields such as computer systems, network systems, information security, information technology, project management, or other related fields will be given special consideration.
10. Appropriate English language proficiency for performing duties.
