Policy and Plan Analyst 3-5

1.1 Study, analyze, develop, and coordinate strategies, policies, plans, and key projects, and prepare policy and strategic proposals, including assessing the alignment of work plans/projects with strategies. 1.2 Collect data, analyze performance results, and prepare performance evaluation reports according to indicators and target values, along with guidelines for presenting the annual action plan of the Thai Red Cross Society. 1.3 Create Dashboards to summarize results and provide recommendations to serve as guidelines for improving the efficiency of various work plans and projects. 1.4 Coordinate with all departments within the Thai Red Cross Society and relevant external agencies. 1.5 Prepare meetings as assigned, and prepare meeting minutes/negotiation results between the Physical System Administration Office and other relevant agencies, both within and outside the Thai Red Cross Society. 1.6 Monitor and evaluate performance according to the action plan, summarize results, and provide recommendations to agencies, including the ability to research information and various references beneficial to assigned tasks. 1.7 Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: No gender restriction, age not exceeding 40 years (as of the application date). Males must have completed military service or be in the reserve force. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Political Science, Social Science, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields. At least 3 years of experience in strategy and planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or risk management. Analytical, planning, project writing, and plan and budget preparation skills. Good coordination skills with government and private sectors; ability to work in a team, good wit, ability to solve immediate problems, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet. Good interpersonal skills, good personality, and responsibility. Good English language skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
