Telecommunications Systems Operations Engineer

administration of digital PBXs, communication resources, and services; operational and technical maintenance of assigned communication technical equipment; diagnostics and troubleshooting: fault localization at the physical, data link, and network layers; log reading and analysis, tracing; interaction with telecom operators and service providers; conducting scheduled preventive and routine maintenance; preparation of technical solutions; maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

secondary vocational (technical), higher education; work experience of 3 years or more; knowledge of telephony and signaling protocols: TDM (E1, PRI), VoIP (SIP, H/323); knowledge of transport and network technologies: Ethernet, VLAN, QoS, L2/L3 switching; proficient PC user (Word Excel); knowledge of the principles of organizing telephone and computer networks; practical experience working in telecommunications, communications, and information technology enterprises, administration of modern digital PBXs, support of communication channels; knowledge of English (basic level); responsibility, discipline, ability to learn, communication skills, teamwork.
