For the subsidiary of Sunny Communication, "Tech Masters," which operates in the field of trade and import of electrical products, a Customer Service and Operations Intern is required for a diverse role that combines customer service, operations, administration, and working with many interfaces within the organization.

Areas of responsibility:

• Providing service to the company's customers.
• Managing and monitoring orders and After Sales processes.
• Working with suppliers, warehouses, and internal organizational interfaces.
• Generating reports and routine work in Excel.
• Operational and administrative support in trading activities.

• Experience in customer service, operations, or administration - an advantage.
• High proficiency in Office, specifically Excel.
• Good level of English – mandatory.
• Order, organization, personal responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
