1. Serve and welcome customers visiting the restaurant; oversee food and beverage services.
2. Manage restaurant operations and ensure all employees work according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.
3. Create work schedules and monitor employee tardiness or absenteeism.
4. Manage stock and order supplies, including both dry goods and fresh produce, to ensure sufficient inventory for operations.
5. Verify customer payments from various channels, prepare sales reports, and control various expenses within the branch.
