Utility Supervisor (หัวหน้าแผนกสาธารณูปโภค)

1. Inspect utility systems, including water, steam, air, electricity, and refrigeration, to ensure they are in normal operating condition and ready for use.
2. Inspect reports related to utility systems, including water, steam, air, electricity, and refrigeration.
3. Supervise the repair or correction of utility systems, including water, steam, air, electricity, and refrigeration.
4. Supervise the preparation of preventive maintenance plans for utility systems, including water, steam, air, electricity, and refrigeration.
5. Inspect preventive maintenance of utility systems, including water, steam, air, electricity, and refrigeration.
6. Maintain readiness for various emergency situations at all times.
7. Store and collect maintenance manuals for utility systems, including water, steam, air, electricity, and refrigeration.
8. Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male, aged 25 years and above Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 5 years or more of experience Knowledge in repairing/planning Utility system machinery Knowledge in Utility system machinery work Knowledge and ability to solve problems regarding Utility system machinery Knowledge and understanding of Preventive maintenance for Utility system machinery Knowledge of English and computer skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to continuously develop work and personnel
