Laboratory Supervisor (Micro-Incoming)

1. Inspect/report test results of various incoming RM/PM products to ensure compliance with standards
2. Develop PM products according to the schedule
3. Receive problem notifications, analyze them, and determine corrective actions
4. Verify micro and Incoming analytical results
5. Follow up and coordinate with other departments
6. Process Claim/Reject documentation in cases where RM/PM products do not meet standards
7. Prepare WI and FM correctly according to the system
8. Provide training to employees to ensure they understand various working principles
9. Monitor and evaluate employee performance
10. Collect analytical data for presentation in meetings
11. Handle requests for purchase approval, open PR, and receive goods into the system
12. Prepare readiness/documentation for both internal and external Audits
13. Conduct annual Supplier Audits
14. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree (Microbiology or related fields) Experience: 2 years or more Competency: Proficient in Microsoft computer programs, Basic English skills, Knowledge and understanding of quality systems FSSC22000, ISO22000, GHP, HACCP, HALAL Other: Leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure, Good interpersonal skills, Ability to work as a team and solve immediate problems
