Audit Manager | Saudi Arabia

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Experience: 10+ years Industry: Auditing / Professional Services Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of solid auditing experience , with strong expertise in managing audit engagements, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion.

Develop audit strategies, plans, and timelines in line with professional standards.

Review financial statements, audit working papers, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify and assess financial and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Manage, mentor, and develop audit team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Coordinate with clients and key stakeholders throughout the audit process.

Ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Provide guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.

Monitor compliance with relevant IFRS, ISA, and local Saudi regulations .

Review internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements 10+ years of professional auditing experience.

Previous experience with a Big 4 or Big 10 firm is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, SOCPA, or equivalent is preferred.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

Proven experience managing audit teams and multiple engagements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant audit software.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Compensation Total Package: SAR 10,000–12,000 per month
