Logistics Specialist

1. Be responsible for regional delivery projects by providing comprehensive logistics services, managing the necessary level of logistics performance, and ensuring safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers. 2. Be responsible for the collection and integration of local supplier resources, assessing their capabilities, and forming a supplier pool. 3. Be responsible for managing the daily operations and performance of logistics providers, including performance management, service quality, etc. 4. Create a standardized warehousing and transportation system to improve operational efficiency. 5. Interact with internal and external customers regarding daily logistics efficiency and provide logistics solutions to meet customer needs. 6. Propose solutions to address pain points in frontline logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction with the quality of logistics services. 7. Constantly optimize logistics schemes, analyze logistics nodes, detail operational processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Requirements

1. Education level and specialty: higher education (Bachelor's or above), at least 5 years of experience in logistics. Strong analytical abilities. Good organizational and coordination skills. Experience in managing logistics projects or working abroad is preferred. 2. Knowledge of logistics issues and company needs in the 3C and electronic communications sector, knowledge of the local logistics market and resources. Successful experience in implementing large-scale projects and delivery experience for telecommunications operators is preferred. 3. Good understanding of customer service, strong communication skills, high stress resistance, and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking mode are preferred. 4. Fluency in English (oral and written), with the ability to use it as a working language. 5. Good data analysis and logical thinking skills; proficient in computer use, including PPT/Word/Excel/CAD; knowledge of SAP/WMS/ERP/PSS is preferred. 6. Willingness to undertake long business trips; the place of work will be determined by the company. 7. Proficiency in Chinese, ensuring seamless communication with partners and the head office (in Chinese).
