QC Supervisor 25K Phan Thong, Chonburi

1. Plan and control the quality inspection of raw materials, components, work in progress, and finished products
2. Define inspection schedules, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of the QC team
3. Oversee QC Incoming, QC Line, QC Final, and QC Outgoing tasks
4. Analyze inspection results and product quality issues
5. Analyze Root Cause and define Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) for internal problems and customer complaints
6. Prepare inspection reports, inspection manuals, and quality documents
7. Develop quality inspection tools and methods to improve efficiency
8. Perform Product Audit, Process Audit, and Dimension Inspection
9. Control and jointly develop Suppliers / Vendors to comply with quality standards
10. Provide training and OJT to QC staff
11. Improve inspection processes to reduce Defect/Scrap and customer complaints
12. Manage the team, define and monitor KPIs, and prepare the department's annual budget

Qualifications: Education: Diploma (ปวส.) or higher At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control At least 2 years of experience at a Supervisor level Knowledge of or training in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, Internal Audit, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, and MSA Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Tools Knowledge regarding production processes, quality systems, and related standards Ability to use measuring tools and testing equipment Leadership skills with the ability to plan, manage a team, analyze, and solve problems effectively Ability to use a computer and communicate in basic English
