Logistics & Import-Export Specialist (English Speaking)
1.Warehouse & Inventory Manage the receipt of goods, raw materials, parts, and equipment into the warehouse. Verify product quantities against POs and shipping documents, including checking for damages or abnormalities. Maintain Warehouse Ledger and Inventory Records, both physical data and ERP/WMS systems. Record daily inbound and outbound transactions. Perform Cycle Count and Physical Inventory, including analyzing and resolving Inventory Discrepancy. Manage Material Kitting and the issuance of raw materials to the production line. Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse. 2.Packaging & Shipping Plan and coordinate Packaging/Crating for products, machinery, and project materials. Manage both domestic and international transportation via Air / Sea / Land. Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin documents. Coordinate with Freight Forwarder, Carrier, and Customs Broker. Supervise Container loading to ensure efficiency and safety. 3.Import-Export & Customs Manage the Import & Export Customs Clearance processes for the factory in Thailand. Ensure operations comply with the regulations of the Customs Department and BOI. Verify and determine HS Code. Prepare and verify Import/Export documents and documents related to customs formalities. Manage Compliance and document storage for Audit. Coordinate with government agencies and relevant authorities. 4.Team / Outsource Coordination Supervise and coordinate Outsource/Subcontractor staff in Warehouse and Logistics. Assign tasks for Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Container Loading. Monitor the quality and performance of Outsource operations. Develop and improve Logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Planning.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. Approximately 5 years of experience required, but candidates with direct and appropriate experience may be considered even if the number of years is less. Direct experience in Thai Customs Clearance and BOI Compliance is essential. Knowledge of Thai Customs Regulations, BOI, and FTA. Ability to perform HS Code Classification. Experience using Thailand National Single Window (NSW) and e-Customs. Experience with WMS and ERP such as SAP. Experience in coordinating or controlling Outsource/Subcontractor. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good English communication skills are required due to coordination with international teams; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese will be given special consideration. Not limited to applicants from Automation or Heavy Industry — those with a Logistics background from other industries can be considered. Must have coordination skills and the ability to contact Thai Customs and government agencies.
