Production Manager (Factory-based), English or Chinese speaking, 65K + 5K Benefits

1. Manage factory operations and production to meet targets
2. Plan, control, and monitor production to ensure continuous operation (24/7)
3. Manage the production team, supervisors, and staff, while developing team potential
4. Control production quality (QMS) and improve production efficiency; plan and control machine maintenance (Preventive Maintenance)
5. Oversee Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (HSE/EHS) in compliance with the law
6. Control production costs, energy consumption, and operating budgets
7. Coordinate with various departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Logistics, and international engineering teams
8. Prepare performance reports and propose guidelines for improving factory efficiency

Qualifications: Able to communicate well in Thai and English, or Thai and Chinese (proficiency in 3 languages will be given special consideration) Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in factory or production management Experience in Chemical, Energy, Biomass, Biochar, Activated Carbon, Pyrolysis, or automated manufacturing industries will be given special consideration Knowledge of Production Planning, Preventive Maintenance, QMS, and HSE/EHS systems Knowledge of factory laws, DIW, and BOI regulations Leadership skills, able to manage teams and solve immediate problems effectively Upon passing the probation period, the base salary will be increased by an additional 5K
