Product Manager Assistant - Mercedes

Job Purpose: Accompanying product processes and responsibility for driving organizational processes while managing continuous contact with internal and external interfaces regarding infrastructure, specifications, website, and more.

What your day will look like:

• Maintenance and operation of system infrastructures (infrastructures in the SAP system, website, specifications)
• Continuous operational and administrative work as part of sales processes
• Product support for all relevant marketing materials: catalogs, specifications, manufacturer announcements, and more
• Training sales agents on new products
• Continuous work on SAP and Salesforce systems
• Tight inventory management
• Supporting the sales network on inventory and product matters
• Continuous conduct with the manufacturer - reports, reviews, presentations, analyses, product characterization, vehicle orders
• Managing procurement processes with organizational interfaces

Who the position is suitable for:

• Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Marketing/Industrial Engineering – Mandatory
• Proficiency in EXCEL (Pivot, Vlookup, IF functions) – Mandatory
• English at a very good level (reading, writing, speaking) – Mandatory
• Experience in product worlds – Advantage
• Knowledge and passion for the automotive world with an emphasis on the luxury world – Significant advantage

The work is full-time at the company's offices in Rosh HaAyin
